Basic Commands
/help
Displays a complete list of available bot commands and their descriptions. Group administrators see all commands including advanced configuration options, while regular users see a limited list of basic commands they can use. Use this to discover what the bot can do and get quick command references.

Initializes the bot and provides welcome messages. In group chats, confirms the bot is running and directs you to use /help for available commands. In private messages with the bot, shows a welcome message with an "Add to Group" button to install the bot in your Telegram group. Also handles payment confirmations when you complete a subscription purchase.
